The Muskoka Almaguin Ontario Health Team (MAOHT) is grounded in the strong leadership of primary care providers. With their in-depth understanding of the challenges in our healthcare system, primary care providers offer valuable insights and innovative solutions to improve care for our communities.
What is the MAOHT Primary Care Network?
Launched in December 2024, the MAOHT Primary Care Network (PCN) serves as a unified voice for primary care providers across Muskoka and the surrounding area. It was created to foster collaboration, share ideas, and enhance care delivery for patients and providers alike.

Membership
Membership in the MAOHT Primary Care Network is free for primary care providers (Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Midwives). It offers the opportunity to partner in the co-design of services within the OHT, collaborate with community partners, and stay informed about programs and resources designed to support practices to provide the best care available for their patients in the Muskoka and Almaguin communities.
